DTF (Direct to Film) printing is one of the most versatile and durable methods available today, making it an excellent choice for custom t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and more.

Screen printing is ideal for larger runs, especially orders of 40 or more shirts. This allows you to maximize value while maintaining consistent, high-quality prints across every piece. Tshirt Design | All Things Sublimation

Sublimation is the process of infusing a special ink into a special polyester substrate. What is a substrate? In this case, it’s anything that you want to add a design to. For sublimation to work, the substrate has to have a polyester base (60%+).

For the most part, I do sublimation on white Cricut brand polyester tshirts. These have a soft, cotton-like feel. You cannot feel the design on the shirt. “Senior Mom” headshot photos on tshirts are the most popular.

Tshirt & Cap Design ++ | Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a great option for smaller designs, such as left-chest logos, names, and simple graphics. It works well on virtually any color shirt and allows for clean, crisp detail with a smooth finish. HTV is especially ideal for small quantities or personalized items, giving you flexibility without requiring large minimum orders.
