Sublimation
The easiest way to do full color tshirt and other designs.
Sublimation is the process of infusing a special ink into a special substrate. What is a substrate? In this case, it’s anything that you want to add a design to. For sublimation to work, the substrate has to have a polyester base (60%+). So here’s a quick list of ideas that work:
- Polyester blend shirts/sweatshirts
- Polyester blend socks
- Custom license plates
- Custom dog tags
- Laminated surfaces such as wood
- Custom stainless steel tumblers
- Custom glassware – cups, steins
- Custom slate – memorial plaques, coasters
- Custom Christmas ornaments
